The Brand Impact Report 2008 is now available!

Liquid Agency just released the Brand Impact Report 2008 - a document that publishes the results of a research study evaluating the performance of over 275 technology brands in terms of the impact of “brand” on the purchase cycle.

The study was conducted by Socratic Technologies in partnership with Liquid Agency to measure the levels of Brand Awareness, Brand Consideration, Brand Preference and Purchase Intent by targeted consumers of B2B and B2C brands within the tech industry.

The report includes a comprehensive list with the Brand Impact Score of all brands surveyed…as well as a list of the winners in each of 12 B2B categories, and 22 B2C categories.

The Brand Impact Report is available as a PDF that can be downloaded from the Liquid Brand Awards site.

We’re ready to announce the names of the tech brands that have outperformed the rest in 2007…and we’ve got some surprises.

The results of the Brand Impact study fielded by Socratic Technologies in conjunction with Liquid Agency, will be released during at an awards ceremony taking place on February 26, 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto. Now in its second year, the Brand Impact Awards recognize those technology brands that scored best in a quantitative study measuring Awareness, Consideration, Preference and Purchase Intent - along with Brand Reputation. The results from the research study are supplemented with a review by a panel of expert judges.

The Brand Impact Awards include brands in a wide variety of categories within the B2B and B2C segments. The brands that emerge as having the most impact in each category are then evaluated, and the top brands win the Best of B2B and Best of B2C awards. From these two, we also select an overall winner…and one brand will stand out as the Best Tech Brand of 2007.

Last year Google won the Best Tech Brand award…as well as the Best B2C Brand, while Cisco won the Best B2B Brand Award. On the Liquid Brand Impact Awards site you can still download a PDF listing all of the winners from 2006.

We can’t reveal what happened this year…but let’s just say that we’ve got some surprises in store. So…stay tuned, and soon we’ll let you know what happened!
